Flexible component system

The A14/A11 Modular Gas Detector is a flexible component system providing a variety of options to meet individual gas detection and alarm requirements. From chemical and petrochemical plants to food processors, this economical and low-maintenance system can be applied to the simplest or most complex gas detection application and is the best choice for reliable gas leak detection.

The A14-A11 GasSens gas detection systems consist of individual modules that can be located where required. Sensor transmitters, located in the area where gas leakage or buildup might occur, provide the basic measurement for the system. Sensor transmitters are available in either NEMA 4X or explosion-proof versions and can be supplied with an exclusive Auto-Test automatic gas sensor testing system, greatly reducing operator testing requirements.

Features

  • AutoTest feature provides daily reliable response checks to ensure system integrity
  • Digital display of gas concentration
  • Power supply provides a power failure relay and charging for optional battery back-up unit.

  • Industrial Pre-Treatment

Industrial pre-treatment is a crucial stage in the water cycle, occurring before wastewater enters municipal treatment facilities. It involves the removal of contaminants, pollutants, and other harmful substances from industrial wastewater streams to meet regulatory standards and protect the environment. This process typically includes physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods tailored to specific industrial processes and pollutants. By effectively pre-treating industrial wastewater, we can safeguard water quality, prevent damage to treatment infrastructure, and ensure the overall health of ecosystems downstream.
