Ozone

Ozone is a powerful disinfectant gas. Ozonated water is also routinely used in bottled water production as part of the disinfection process, along with being used to sanitize ultrapure water loops found in the pharmaceutical and semi-conductor fabrication industries. 

Many processes using ozone are subject to strict gas detection regulations. Too much ozone at ground level can lead to respiratory issues, lung illnesses and hospitalization, so monitoring the air we breathe is vital.
