Badger Meter offers a wide range of instrumentation devices that can be mounted directly to a meter. Registers are available in both mechanical and electronic models. Analog, pulse or encoder type transmitters produce electronic output for radio transmitters, reading storage devices and data logging devices.
Impeller flow measurement products offer consistently accurate results in measuring liquids within a variety of applications.
Impeller meters feature a six-bladed design with a proprietary, non-magnetic sensing mechanism. The impeller shape coupled with the absence of magnetic drag provides accuracy and repeatability throughout the flow range of the sensors. As the liquid flow turns the impeller, a low impedance square wave signal is transmitted with a frequency proportional to the flow rate.
Impeller products and water flow sensors measure liquids in a variety of industrial and commercial markets. The available solutions include sensors, monitors and transmitters.
Badger Meter Impeller products and water flow sensors are used to measure liquids in a variety of industrial and commercial markets. Unlike some mechanical metering technologies, impellers can tolerate bursts of air and vibration that would often damage other meters. Impeller solutions are also available with network and data acquisition options.
