The terms in this section are only applicable to those located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (“UK”).
The purpose of this Section is to provide information and additional provisions that apply to Badger Meter’s processing of Personal Data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (collectively referred to herein as the “GDPR”).
