The Board of Directors consists of members selected from the general membership of Badger Meter ENGAGE.
Alyssa has been with Mustang Special Utility District for ten years and has served in various positions within the organization. She holds several different customer service and management certifications.
She is responsible for managing, controlling, and administrating various departments for the district. She oversees customer service, meter services, finance, human resources, and development services, ensuring all aspects of the district are handled.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Brad, for almost ten years. They have two beautiful children, Baylee- 8 years old, and Aiden- 5 years old. They enjoy taking trips together and spending time outdoors.
Paul started his career at AW in the Information Technology department as a Programmer/Analyst. His primary areas of focus were on meter reading and mobile technologies, meter testing and customer service. He has also supported HR, payroll and financial systems. He was part of a team that introduced a work order management system to field technicians replacing the need for printing paper orders.
In 2011, Paul was the Data Integration Lead for migration of their CIS data into SAP. This led into the designed and implementation of process/solutions to support a 90-day acquisition cycle. He continues to support meter reading implementations for multiple vendors. In 2019, he began a new phase of his career with the Metemeterons Team tasked with identifying and implementing company standards in the meter space.
Paul has been happily married for the past 24 years and has 1 child. He is the proud parent of an Eagle Scout. He enjoys spending time with my family, vacationing in Maine and sailing.
Trino Pedraza is the Director of Public Works and Municipal Utilities for the City of Galveston, Texas. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the water distribution, water supply, metering, wastewater treatment, pre-treatment, sewer collections divisions, streets, traffic and drainage divisions.
Trino has more than 15 years of industry experience, serving in roles ranging from Technical Planner at San Antonio Water System to Director of Water and Wastewater at both New Braunfels Utilities and the City of Griffin, Georgia.
Prior to his utility career, Trino also served in the U.S. Army. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
Frank Eskridge is the Director of Utility Operations for Columbia Water in Columbia, S.C. Frank’s duties involve managing the Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection, Wastewater Treatment, Water Compliance, and Wastewater Compliance processes for Columbia Water’s customer base of 155,000 accounts. He is a Civil Engineering graduate of Clemson University from a period of time that was after the slide rule but before the laptop computer and is a registered Professional Engineering in both South Carolina and Alabama.
Frank has been with Columbia Water for approximately 4 years but has 34 additional years of utility management experience in South Carolina and Alabama.
Frank duties at Columbia Water have also included Meter Reading, which has been transformed in Columbia with the Advanced Metering Infrastructure project that occurred between March of 2019 and September of 2022.
Membership is open to customers of Badger Meter who have an active service contract or purchase order with Badger Meter. The goal is to include members of different size utilities, different technology utilization and various roles within the utility.
