The Badger Meter Internship Program challenges interns with meaningful projects and on-the-job learning. Our interns engage in community activities where they see firsthand the positive impact businesses can have and the value of giving back. Our internship program includes high school, two-year technical programs and four-year degree students in areas such as Engineering, Finance, Human Resources and IT.
Badger Meter prioritizes real-world for high school and college students who are looking to explore career opportunities in the workplace. Our Internship Program provides valuable business experience with projects that make a difference in promoting sustainability through our products, operations and people.
We invite individuals to participate in our robust internship program, which focuses on professional development and community involvement. Interns are offered cross-functional exposure tied to meaningful work experiences, gaining both industry-specific experience and business acumen.
Interns are assigned challenging, robust goals and conclude the program by sharing their accomplishments with an End of Sumer Presentation to the executive leadership team.
Interns participate in a variety of professional development and networking oppportunities throughout the summer.
Interns take part in Intern Day of Action by volunteering and giving back to the community.
High performers in our program have the opportunity to intern with us multiple summers or continue with us in full-time capacity.
